What to Expect During Your Visit
Prior to Your Visit
After booking, you will receive a text and/or email confirming the time and date of your appointment as well as a text and/or email to our digital paperwork.

We do not charge patients for no-shows or cancellations, but we do greatly appreciate at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your appointment time so we can offer your slot to another patient.

If you are new to Krueger Optometry, please bring any prior prescriptions, contact lens boxes, glasses, and anything else that might be useful information for us during your visit.

Your Appointment
Most comprehensive eye exams are 30 minutes in length. (Note: if you think you will require additional time or assistance during your visit, please call the office instead of scheduling online).

To help us stay on time, please complete paperwork in advance or arrive at least five minutes before your appointment time. Even if you are an existing patient, paperwork is completed with each visit to ensure accuracy of patient information. If you will be ten or more minutes late for your exam time, please call our office so we can try to accommodate you.

We like to keep patients in contact lenses that are working. If this is not the case, we offer many options across many manufacturers at each of our locations and we do not charge an additional fee to try something new.

At Checkout
We recommend Target Optical because it has some of the best value in the optical industry with a selection of high quality frames and lenses at reasonable prices. Target Optical also has a very favorable return and exchange policy, and we are on-site to help resolve any issues that may arise. Your prescriptions are yours to use or fill however you please.

You will receive an exam survey at the conclusion of your visit. We appreciate feedback about your eye exam experience.

Appointment booking for any doctor-directed follow-ups or next year's annual eye exam reminder will conclude your visit.
